Tuition & Fees
Tuition and fees are assessed on an annual basis, not on the basis of per-lesson cost. In addition to those services listed below, there is considerable preparation by the teacher that occurs on a year-round basis.
Annual Tuition
Annual tuition covers the following:
40 lessons:* |

Summer Lessons

All summer lessons are to be scheduled and completed by August 31, 2011.

Additional summer lessons may be scheduled on a pay-per-lesson basis.

All payments are due in full regardless of the students’ availability for summer lessons.
Tuition Payment Options
Families may choose one of two payment options:

Three equal trimester payments due on September 1, January 1, and May 1.

Twelve equal monthly payments due on the first lesson of each month. For summer lessons, tuition is due on July 1 and August 1.
A late fee of $10 will be due with any tuition payment received after the 15th of the month in which payment is due.

Music/Activity Fees
In addition to tuition, an annual deposit of $150 per student is due by June 1. Music/activity fees cover the following:

Music and materials

Recitals
-
Performance fees for various festivals/competitions

Masterclasses and/or other special presentations/opportunities
An additional deposit may be needed near the end of the academic year.
Families with more than one student may pay half the deposit by June 1 and the balance by January 1.
Music/activity deposits should be paid by check, payable to Victoria Wyatt.
